Chipmunk Audition Official Rules
Video tape yourself singing your favorite song and upload it to youtube at: http://www.youtube.com/group/chipmunkaudition.
Simon and Theodore will pick their favorite entry. The winner will be considered for the opportunity to promote the new Chipmunks album Undeniable.
By submitting a video you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of youtube, and to have your video shown on youtube, chipmunkaudition.com, and broadcast affiliates. Video will be judged on quality, and originality. The winner will be considered for the opportunity to promote the new Chipmunks album Undeniable. The winner will also receive an Xbox 360 and Rock Band bundle.
Some tips and guidelines for video submissions:
- Submissions should be received by November 4, 2008. Winners will be notified shortly thereafter.
- If possible use an original Chipmunks song like "We're The Chipmunks" as your backing track.
- Dance, dress up, use props, go "nuts." In other words, Get Munked!
- Clips that are clearly not legitimate videos will be discarded.
- Make sure we can contact you about your video. Upload from your own YouTube account that you check messages on, or include contact info in your profile.
- Participants may submit one audition video only! Please don't submit multiple versions of the same video or very similar videos for several songs.
- If your video is rejected, please do not resubmit
